NEW ESSEX RACING CLUB IS FORMED WITH THREE HORSES IN TRAINING, MANAGED BY ALGARVE BLOODSTOCK

With Essex to shortly have a new racecourse at Great Leighs near Braintree, the extensive project being the first new racecourse to be built in the UK for eighty years, Algarve Bloodstock have formed the ESSEX RACING CLUB, and have acquired three horses for the club for their first year of syndicate ownership.

The horses include two new yearlings (two year-olds in 2007) by BERTOLINI and ACT ONE as well as KEAGLES, a four year-old by Indian Danehill currently in training.

Membership of the club costs £295 for the year, fully inclusive, and members will receive a share of all prize money won by the club's horses during their period of membership.  Visits to the trainers's stables, race day lunches, an end of year Dinner and regular progress reports will also be included in the membership, and once the new racecourse at Great Leighs opens for business next year, the club will have exclusive hospitality facilities for members use on race days.
