Algarve Bloodstock Partners Barry and Joan Root have visited Aarhus Racecourse in Denmark to discuss future promotional opportunities for the Essex-based Bloodstock Agency.

Meetings with Racecourse officials were held on 28 February 2007 when outline proposals for race sponsorship during the coming Flat Season were discussed.  A tour of the racecourse facilities and a local stud was also arranged, and after the meetings Barry Root said "We have had an interesting and purposeful discussion regarding our possible involvement with racing here at Aarhus, and I am sure we shall soon be making a formal announcement about our plans.  We have recently had a number of new clients introduced to us from Denmark, so it seems reasonable for us to undertake some promotional activity here".
