Club Events and

Corporate Hospitality

Throughout the year the Club arranges a number of events for Members and guests, including race day trips at various racecourses, stud and trainers visits, lunches and dinners.  An annual trip to Royal Ascot is also included in the calendar.

In addition, Hospitality Packages are normally available at the various racecourses, especially Newmarket, with the Club entertaining local businesses and organisations on a regular basis.  Packages are arranged to suit individual requirements. Members and their guests are always welcome at all events.

25 March                 "Essex Race Evening" at Kempton Park

9 April                       ERC Table at Colchester United Football Club FPA Dinner

14/15 April              Stud Tour, Luncheon & Day at Newmarket Races

5-6 June                  Trip to French Derby at Chantilly

16 June                   Royal Ascot Meeting Picnic Day                          

8 July                        Newmarket July Meeting Ladies Day Luncheon and Racing
