Club Events and

Hospitality

Throughout the year the Club arranges a number of events for Members and guests, including race day trips at various racecourses, stud and trainers visits, lunches and dinners.  An annual trip to Royal Ascot is also included in the calendar.

In addition, Hospitality Packages are normally available at the various racecourses, especially Newmarket, with the Club entertaining local businesses and organisations on a regular basis.  Packages are arranged to suit individual requirements. Members and their guests are always welcome at all events.

25 September         AHT "Night at the Opera" at Tattersalls, Newmarket

9 October                 Air Ambulance Charity Ball, Norwich

13 October               Breakfast and Tour at British Racing School, Newmarket

26 October              Racing End of Season at Yarmouth Luncheon

20 November          Annual Club Dinner at Harefield Manor Hotel   

8 December             Racing Welfare Carol Service, Tattersalls, Newmarket

2011

15 June                      Royal Ascot Picnic Day

TBA                            Racing Weekend to France
